Delete your LandLedger account

LandLedger LLC, the maker of the LandLedger app. You can delete your account and data yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open LandLedger and sign in.
2. Go to Account, then Security.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you signed in a while ago, the app may ask you to sign out and back in first. Deleting is not possible while a job is in progress or a payment is being held. Finish or cancel it first.

By email

Email info@getlandledger.com from the email address, or tell us the phone number, on your account. We will confirm it is you and handle the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, name, photo, bio and sign-in
• Your phone number and contact details
• Your properties (hubs), including their exact locations, and their photos
• Your open and unfinished job posts and their photos
• Your bids on other people's jobs, and your worker profile
• Your saved jobs, preferences and queued notifications

What we keep, and why

• Records of finished jobs and payments that the other person or the law needs (amounts, dates, Stripe reference IDs). Your name, contact details, address and photos are removed from them. Payment records may be kept for up to seven years.
• Stripe keeps its own identity and payout records, as it is required to by law.
